Copenhagen & Overnight DFDS Cruise

After checking out from our hotel following breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Copenhagen, which includes must-see attractions like the Little Mermaid, the picturesque Old Port of Nyhavn, the Gefion Fountain, and an exterior view of the Royal Palace of Amalienborg. Take a leisurely stroll down 'Strøget' Europe's longest pedestrian street, a paradise for car-free shoppers. Later, step aboard the DFDS Cruise, one of the North Sea's largest ships, for an evening filled with entertaining and recreational activities while gliding along scenic waterways. Oslo & Scenic journey towards Hardangerfjords Gateway

Day 4

After an early breakfast, check out and head to explore Oslo, the capital of Norway, with a guided city tour featuring the renowned Vigeland Sculpture Park, housing the impressive works of sculptor Gustav Vigeland. This world's largest sculpture park by a single artist is a popular year-round attraction. Following the city tour, embark on a scenic drive towards the Fjords, reaching Gol or Hemsdal by afternoon, both ideal starting points for exploring mountains, fjords, and glaciers. Visitors are captivated by the region's striking contrasts. Enjoy a hearty Scandic dinner and overnight stay in the picturesque Hardangerfjord gateway town.

Fabulous Flåm Railway & Splendid Sognefjord

Day 5

After breakfast, check out, and we’ll be transferred to Flåm Station to board the world-famous Flåm Railway, a remarkable 20 km ride to Myrdal. The Flåm Railway, dating back to 1862 AD, offers breathtaking panoramic views, with cascading waterfalls, snow-capped mountains, meandering rivers, and clinging mountain farms along the way. Next, we'll explore Sognefjord, the world's longest fjord, where glaciers meet, and Norway's highest mountain stands. This region is renowned as one of the world's most beautiful travel destinations. Enjoy a scenic cruise on the Naeroi Fjords, sailing between Gudvangen and Flåm, through one of Norway's narrowest fjords, adorned with waterfalls, cliffs, and old farmsteads. After the 2-hour cruise, indulge in a Scandic dinner with a 3-course meal at a restaurant, followed by check-in at a hotel in the Bergen area.

Bergen to Tromso

After breakfast, check out and drive to explore the picturesque city of Bergen, often called the gateway to the fjords. Bergen, Norway's second-largest city, is nestled on the mountainsides, overlooking the sea, offering a unique blend of modernity and living history. Stroll through the city and admire its colourful, charming houses basking in the sunlight. To capture the perfect snapshot of Bergen, take a ride on the Fløibanen, a funicular railway that connects the city center to Mount Fløyen. This attraction is one of Bergen's top tourist spots and among Norway's most visited destinations. Later, we will transfer to the airport for a flight to Tromsø. Upon arrival in Tromsø, embark on a guided city tour and a spectacular Tromsø Cable Car ride (Optional) through the Scandic mountain ranges. Later, explore the picturesque town by the Barents Sea confluence, visiting landmarks like the church and the scenic pier. After dinner, venture to prime locations to witness and savour a once-in-a-lifetime experience the Midnight Sun. Return to our hotel after this awe-inspiring magical moment for a peaceful night's sleep.

Lofoten Islands

After breakfast, head to our next destination, the enchanting Lofoten Islands. This archipelago is famous in Norway for its awe-inspiring and dramatic scenery. Upon arrival, check in to our hotel and enjoy dinner before embarking on another unforgettable experience under the Midnight Sun. The best viewing spots for the midnight sun on Lofoten are along the coastline or mountaintops with clear northern views. We will visit prime locations for this mesmerising phenomenon, subject to European Union coach service guidelines. After the expedition, return to our hotel and rest for the night.

Lofoten Islands

Our second day in the Lofoten Islands offers an array of exploration opportunities in this captivating archipelago. We can explore on foot or opt for the optional environmentally friendly Troll Fjord Cruise. Between May 29 and July 17, Lofoten allows travellers to bask in the Midnight Sun in all its colourful glory, painting the sky with hues that defy imitation by any painter.

Following breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to our next destination, taking one of the most breathtaking routes within the Arctic Circle. Prepare for an extraordinary experience as we head to the train station to board the Swedish SJ Scenic Train from Narvik. This journey traverses the Arctic Circle, showcasing otherworldly scenic wonders such as Abisko, Kiruna, and Gallivere. The Midnight Sunbathes the landscape in its magical glow throughout the night

Day 10

Disembark in Stockholm after breakfast and commence a guided city tour of the Swedish capital. Our itinerary includes notable landmarks such as the Royal Theatre, Stockholm Cathedral, the Nobel Museum, the Riddarholm Church, and the charming Gamla Stan. Gamla Stan is also renowned for its stylish bistros offering New Nordic cuisine, as well as a variety of nightspots, including traditional pubs and trendy cocktail bars. Adjacent to Gamla Stan, Riddarholmen island hosts summer concerts at the Riddarholmen Church. After an engaging day, savour dinner at an Indian restaurant and return to our hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 11

Following a leisurely breakfast, check out from our hotel and make our way to the airport for our flight to Helsinki, the capital of Finland. Upon arrival, our local English-speaking guide will introduce us to the charms of Helsinki through exclusive photo stops. We'll begin with the Senate Square, a prime example of Neo-Classical architecture, featuring four buildings designed by Carl Ludvig Engel between 1822 and 1852. Next on our itinerary is the Cathedral of Helsinki, one of Finland's most photographed and iconic structures. We'll also visit the Sibelius Monument at Sibelius Park, a world-famous tribute to composer Jean Sibelius (1865-1957), designed by Eila Hiltunen. Following our exploration, we'll proceed to Helsinki's international airport for our final boarding for the designated flight back to India.

On Day Twelve, we arrived in Delhi and boarded our connecting flight to Kolkata. After clearing immigration and collecting our luggage, we said goodbye to our fellow travellers and headed home.
