- Refunds (If any) for Changes and / or cancellations will be paid directly to you for bookings made directly with the company’s office. For bookings routed through your Travel Agent, the refunds will be routed through them.
- There is no refund payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g., Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing etc.) The refund of the foreign exchange component of the tour will be paid back in INR only and will be at the current day’s rate of exchanges of the company.
- Third Party refund i.e., airlines, cruise, overseas suppliers could take between 30 to 140 working days depending upon the processing time of the agency. Depending on your situation, the agency may ask for documents supporting the reason for your refund request. You will be solely responsible to provide relevant supporting documents.
- Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to The Company in writing within 16 days from end of the holiday tour. Claim notified to The Company beyond this period will not be entertained and The Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof. Also, the claim should be substantiated with proper evidence and deficiency of services provided should be countersigned by the tour manager / local representative.
