Welcome to Switzerland. Upon our arrival at Zürich take a moment to freshen up before we proceed for Lucerne. The town of Lucerne itself is a delightful blend of historical charm and modern vibrancy, with cobbled streets, beautiful squares, and picturesque wooden bridges like the Chapel Bridge, adorned with colorful flowers. Cap off the day, indulge in a delectable dinner, and then retire to our designated hotel near Greppen/Altdorf for a peaceful night's rest.

Following breakfast, we embark on an unforgettable journey to Switzerland's natural paradise; travelling from Zurich to Poschiavo via St. Moritz is undoubtedly one of Switzerland's most breathtaking and scenic routes. We'll pause for a photo stop in Chur along the way.  This journey takes you through a stunning tapestry of the Swiss Alps, where you'll be treated to awe-inspiring views of majestic mountains, verdant valleys, and sparkling lakes. Later, embarking on the Bernina Express from St. Moritz to Poschiavo is a mesmerising journey through the Swiss Alps, where every track twist unveils breathtaking landscapes.

After breakfast, we will start our remarkable journey that offers a captivating blend of scenic beauty and cultural richness. As you set out from the charming village of Poschiavo, we will ascend through the breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps. The route will take you past the serene waters of Lake Lugano, where the shimmering surface reflects the surrounding mountains and picturesque towns, creating an enchanting atmosphere.  Wrap up our day by checking in to our hotel near Täsch, where we can savour a delectable dinner before retiring for a well-deserved rest.

After a relaxing breakfast, we’ll explore the Majestic Matterhorn after experiencing the funicular at Zermatt. With its distinctive pyramid shape, the Matterhorn dominates the skyline and offers breathtaking views from various vantage points around Zermatt. The funicular train to Mt. Matterhorn is a thrilling adventure that whisks us up through stunning alpine scenery. As we ascend, the views transform dramatically—from vibrant green valleys to rugged mountain landscapes.

After a hearty breakfast, we’ll depart from Täsch, setting out on a scenic drive to Lauterbrunnen. We’ll explore the village on foot, soaking in its picturesque beauty before beginning our (optional) adventure to Mt. Schilthorn. Starting from Stechelberg, we’ll ascend by cableway to Piz Gloria, the summit of Mount Schilthorn in a cable way. After a delightful lunch at the summit, we’ll make our way back down, stopping midway at Birg. This day promises unforgettable experiences surrounded by the majestic Swiss Alps, with the tour lasting approximately 4 to 5 hours. For those not joining the optional trip, enjoy free time in the enchanting village of Lauterbrunnen, including lunch and complimentary coffee.

As we embark on our journey to Geneva, the route promises to be an enchanting exploration of Switzerland’s scenic treasures, beginning with a stop to Bern, the Swiss capital, where the UNESCO World Heritage-listed old town enchants with its medieval architecture, the famous Zytglogge clock tower, and the inviting arcades of boutiques and cafés. Our journey then takes us to Montreux, where we can stroll along the picturesque lakeside promenade. Continuing to Lausanne, the vibrant city known for its stunning views, we’ll have the opportunity to wander through charming old streets and perhaps enjoy a coffee with a lakeside view. Each stop adds its unique charm and character, creating a delightful prelude to your arrival in Geneva, where the beauty of the lake and the majestic Alps await.

After enjoying breakfast, we check out and headed to the airport to complete immigration formalities before catching our flight back to India. Our luggage, which was tagged from Geneva Airport, will accompany us as we arrive in Delhi.

Upon arrival, we collect our bags and bid farewell to our fellow travellers. We then proceed to our final journey home to Kolkata, marking the end of this unforgettable journey.
